1. Order Processing We make it a priority to process orders promptly. Typically, your order will be processed within 2 to 4 business days. During peak seasons or promotional sales, there might be a slight delay, but rest assured, we strive to get your items ready as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Options, Costs & Timelines

We offer reliable shipping options based on your payment method and destination:

  • Standard Delivery (6-12 Working Days): Applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within Pakistan. A standard shipping fee of Rs. 249 is charged.
  • Express Shipping (2-4 Working Days): Get your order within Pakistan faster for just Rs. 50 when you pay securely online via Debit or Credit Card!
  • International Shipping: For international orders, exact shipping costs and delivery timelines will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on your selected country.

3. Order Tracking & Transparency

  • Tracking Number: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

  • Personalized Packing Video: We now provide a personalized packing video of your order! This allows you to see exactly what is packed before it arrives, ensuring complete transparency and peace of mind.

4. Modifying Your Shipping Address If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to our customer support immediately. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will gladly accommodate your request.

5. Delays & Damaged Packages

  • Delays: While we work diligently to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances may cause occasional delays. Please use your tracking number to monitor the status or contact us for assistance.

  • Damaged Packages: We take great care in packaging, but accidents can happen during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately so we can find a satisfactory solution.

6. International Shipping Currently, we offer international delivery to a few select countries only. You can check the complete list of available countries on the checkout page. If your country is on the list, you will be able to see the shipping details and proceed with your order.
